I have over ten years of experience crafting great experiences in a variety of roles. As a writer and website editor, I wrote great copy and told compelling stories to engage a devoted readership. As a Retail Operations Director, I orchestrated delightful customer service experiences to grow business.

Now, as a UX Designer, I bring my writing skills and holistic business strategy to my work. I love the challenge of bringing lofty ideas into reality by learning about users and considering real-life constraints. I’m always ready to get my hands dirty in researching, prototyping, collaborating and listening to all stakeholder needs. And I never stop going to bat for excellent user experiences.

When I’m not busy honing my design skills, I’m usually cooking, connecting with people over food and drink, traveling, reading or getting outside.
